U heeft de mogelijkheid uw afspraak kosteloos te annuleren tot 24 uur voor uw afspraak.
Dit dient u zelf te doen via de link die u in uw bevestigings e-mail hebt ontvangen.
Wij stellen ons niet aansprakelijk voor annuleringen die zijn gemaild naar ons e-mailadres.
Terugbetaling zal binnen 5 werkdagen na annulering geschieden.
Bij het zonder bericht niet nakomen van een afspraak (“no-show”) wordt de test volledig in rekening gebracht.
Cancellation policy Corona Test Service
You have the option to cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
You must do this yourself via the link that you received in your confirmation email.
We accept no liability for cancellations e-mailed to our email address. Refund will be made within 5 working days after cancellation.
If you don’t show up without cancellation (“no-show”), the test will be charged in full.
